Account & HR Services, LLC – We’re the team behind Account & HR Services.
Running a business comes with a lot of responsibility—especially when it comes to your numbers and your people.
We are Account & HR Services. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, our team has worked across Manufacturing, Trucking, Retail, Hospitality, Wholesale, Law, and Car Dealerships—supporting small to mid-sized businesses in the real, day-to-day operations of running a company.
We’re typically brought in when things aren’t working as they should—when financials are unclear, processes are inconsistent, or the business has outgrown its current structure. In many cases, it’s more immediate—when a bookkeeper, HR manager, or office lead has left and there’s no one to step in.
That’s where we come in. We quickly assess what’s happening, stabilize operations, and bring structure, clarity, and control back to the business.
What We Do:
We work alongside business owners as a fractional Controller and HR partner—supporting both the financial and people sides of the business.
That includes:
- Keeping financials accurate and up to date
- Supporting payroll and compliance
- Organizing billing and reporting processes
- Helping structure roles, responsibilities, and hiring decisions
But more than anything, We help create stability—so you’re not constantly fixing the same problems.

How We Work:
We don’t overcomplicate things or bring in unnecessary systems.
We focus on:
- Clear, simple processes
- Consistency in how things are done
- Straightforward communication
Most of our clients don’t need more noise—they need clarity and follow-through.
Why Clients Work With Us:
Because we don’t just complete tasks—We take ownership of the work. We understand how the financials, operations, and people all connect, and we step in where support is needed most.
- We see the full picture
- Handles things without constant oversight
- Brings calm and structure into your business
Bottom line–
If your business feels disorganized, unclear, or harder to manage than it should be, there’s usually a reason—and it can be fixed.
